We are delighted to welcome Helen Whitehead to the Advisory Board of CXO2.

Her career has been dedicated to creating scalable, inclusive solutions that improve access and outcomes for underserved communities, always grounded in equity, evidence, and impact.

Helen has worked with global leaders such as MIT on cutting-edge technologies, co-designed pathways for indigenous students into university, and established new teams across Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia, translating global trends into practical solutions.

Helen currently serves in a range of leadership and advisory roles, including:

- Advising boards and executive teams on embedding inclusive innovation into strategy and operations

- Supporting organisations to embed trauma-informed, culturally safe, and digitally enabled service models

- Mentoring emerging leaders and building co-design capability across multiple sectors

- Driving transformation programs that address complex social challenges affecting families in crisis and marginalised communities

We are fortunate to welcome a leader whose approach is defined by empathy, transparency, and collaboration.

At CXO2, Helen will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and ambition as we continue to challenge convention, elevate customer experience, innovation in technology/AI and deliver transformation with impact.
