Sara’s career has included functional accountability for customer experience, capability development and business performance across many verticals including insurance, health, mental health, telco, hospitality, travel and energy with brands such as Wesfarmers, Lifeline, IAG, NRMA, Virgin, TalkTalk, Coles, AXA, AIG, American Express and EDF.


International Operations

Sara has a broad international experience having worked in Europe, South Africa and Australia, as well as establishing and managing large offshore partnerships into New Zealand, the Philippines, India and Africa.


Design thinking for long-term change

A passion for solving problems on a broader scale led Sara to leave corporate and move into consulting where she continues to help businesses optimise performance by working with their best asset – their people. Sara leverages her experience in everything from operational leadership to enabling functions such as capability, workforce planning, QA and customer experience design to quickly identify the biggest opportunities and work with teams to drive lasting change.

Sara is an intuitive and values driven leader with a commercial and decisive approach. She believes in ‘progress, not perfection’ and works with businesses to create pragmatic, achievable plans that deliver real value.

Experienced executive with a 25-year career driving transformation for iconic local and international brands in retail, travel, financial services, health, utilities and not for profits. Sara works with boards and group executive teams on CX strategy, operating model design, experience orchestration, and high-performance cultures. ​
